In order for your 5th grader to come to the 5th grade party, please sign and return the green waiver form that was sent home today. If you need another copy, simply click on the form above, print, and sent with your child. Return all forms to Annie Mitchell, Room 107B.
Through the generous donations of the 5th grade parents, the party is on the last day of school from 11:30-1:30. Students may get wet but NO BATHING SUITS PLEASE!!
